zzzCramps® is a popluar product as leg cramping is common in patients who lack certain minerals, trace minerals, ultra trace minerals and vitamins in the body. Cramping is associated with inadequate nutritional intake of vitamins and minerals, medical conditions such as venous insufficiency and peripheral arterial disease, among other conditions.  

It is not uncommon for patients with venous insufficiency to complain of leg cramps and zzzCramps® was developed to treat this population of patients who have tried a lot of remedies to relieve leg cramps - 'eating bananas, taking quinine, placing a bar of soap under the bed sheets at night' and so on. 

Concerns

Once serious medical conditions such as peripheral arterial disease are ruled out, an assessment can be made as to whether cramping is due to pooling of blood in the legs (venous insufficiency) or from dehydration or inadequate intake or deficiency of vitamins, minerals, etc.

Solutions

zzzCramps can be taken twice daily with food and benefits can be seen in as early as 3 days in terms of less number of episodes of cramping, less severe cramps and even resolution of cramps.
